We were up here to ski for the weekend and their pizza was fantastic. Highly recommend!

They have a huge variety of pizzas. Too many toppings to choose from. Servers were great. It's just beside the gas station, so you get gas station stuff too. Ingredients were fresh, tasted good. The place is decent sized can accommodate ~20 people together. Service was pretty good.

Ok pizza. Not great overall, but filling and hits the spot if you need something close to crystal mtn. Reasonably priced too.

Fabulous service

Went there and they messed up, we had to wait an extra 25 minutes for our pizza, but they ended up giving it to us for free! I appreciate that!

Made salad wrong and we waited for a bit and they provided excellent service and went above and beyond to make it right.

Pizza was so so. Only one employee, trying to answer phones, make the pizza, clean, wait on customers, etc. Prices were too high for the quality of food. Plus, you basically have to get your own drinks, napkins, plates, condiments, etc when dining in. We had to look at the previous customers' trash, on a table not yet bussed while we were eating. We were cold. Fireplace wasn't on. Atmosphere left a lot to be desired.

Your cheese tastes terrible I don't know what it is but it smells like an old dirty sock I can't even eat your pizza gross

sitting outside eating pizza and breadsticks, workers kept bugging us/coming out/ knocking on the windows and we were just trying to eat then leave. We were then yelled at to leave like it was our fault (??) the manager cussed at one of my friends that was just sitting there. We were putting our stuff away and getting ready to leave and she continued to yell at all of us. I guarantee its all on video if they have security 🤷‍♀️ They never gave us a straight answer to why we had to leave we were just told! We used to eat there 5 days a week (or more) in the winter and at least every weekend if not more in the summer. They don’t have to worry about our business or our families ever again!!

Excellent!!! We ordered 2 regular pizza's, 1 gluten-free pizza and a Greek salad and everything was delicious!! We love this place!!

The subs were excellent 😊 although I was disappointed I asked for no tomato it even had No Tomato on the tag but they put tomato on it 😞 no biggie I took it off but they should pay attention to the specifics on a order. 😏

Ordered for takeout using a coupon given to me a few days before. When I showed up the order wasn't ready, and they claimed to have no record of my call. I called the number back to ensure I had called the right place, and it was. Real kicker was that no one seemed to care at all. Two different workers didn't know the phone number when I asked if I had called the right place. Left hungry, and with no food.*Edit* The owner/founder of the company reached out here and has helped resolve the situation. As a result I'm going to update this review.

Good sub but grumpy guy was the only one working there. Complained to customers that his boss left him there alone and there was too much to do

Pizza's always excellent and the staff is amazing

Always my go to for pizza. The pizza taste like no other. Lots of toppings, and flavor. We can order weekly and it never gets old. The subs, and sides are phenomenal. The service is outstanding. Our foods always ready in a timely major. The staff is very customer service ready greeting us with smiles and appreciation. Thank you papanos of thompsonville, we'll be back lots more times...

The pizza here was some of the best my daughter and I have ever had! Very reasonable prices, and excellent service.

That pizza wasn’t really expected to be that good. We just stop there for some food and food was mind blowing.

I can probably count on one hand the number of times they've gotten my order right in the last ten years. Then I order bread sticks with garlic butter and on a whim decide to check the bag before I leave and it's marinera. Swap it? Na, they're out! They just didn't bother telling me until after I drive out there, pay, and tipped them even. My extra mushroom? Maybe eight thin slices on the entire half. Not to mention their garlic crust tastes like pure salt. I love supporting my local business but this is just ridiculous.

Went in for lunch guy at register was friendly, girl behind the counter yelled constantly at the guy. It took over an hour for four (4) subs. First one came out, 15 mins later two more came out. Mine came out last everyone else was done eating. Had to leave to go back to work with out eating. Food was ok.

I pick up a slice after skiing at Crystal mountain every time I go. Sunday seems to be best. They put seasoning on the crust that is good. Crust is perfectly done. Much improved from years back.

I have been coming here every time I'm nearby. The food is great as well as the hospitality of the workers.

Great place to go for special pizzas. 9 times out of 10 they do a very adequate job. Once in awhile minor things will occur such as slightly overcooked bread sticks, or forgetting to add a crust topping, etc. One of my favorite pizza spots!

Delicious pizza and subs

Great deal on 2 medium pizzas, and the pizza tasted great! This place was recommended by a person at Crystal Mountain Resort. For directions he mentioned it was in a gas station which made a few in my party question if it would be good. But once we got there and saw the menu, we knew it would be good.

This place is wonderful 👏 ❤ . If I eat out its here @apapanos in thompsonville. Employees are kind and attentive. The pizza and mozzarella breadsticks are to die for! 😁 if you get a salad 🥗 they make sure its filling. And if you don't want something that comes on it they ask if you would like to replace it or if you would like more of something else. Absolutely love the people and food!

Meh. Ordered wings and cheese bread, takeout, cheese bread was lacking flavor. Wings was basically buffalo wing soup. Container full of sauce, no bag...busy so rushed away from counter. Messy.

Pizza was good, but the interior of the restaurant was depressing.

Drove up from Mesick to get pizza tonight (papano's has always been our favorite) got home and 1 of our pizzas had the wrong toppings and another one of our pizzas was folded over itself and stuck together. Very disappointed in the presentation and taste.
